18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

All models, performers and other individuals that may be shown in any visual depiction of explicit sexual conduct, whether actual or simulated, that is published on the website were at least 18 years old when said visual depictions were created.

Exemption: Content Produced by Third Parties

The owners and operators of the website are not the "producers" of any actual or simulated sexually explicit visual depictions appearing hereon. In the case of content provided by third-party users of the website, whether explicitly sexual in nature or otherwise, the operators and owners of hottrannypics.com limit their activities to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and/or formatting of that content. The areas of hottrannypics.com on which user-furnished content is featured are under the control of those users. For this reason, the operators and owners of hottrannypics.com are exempt from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as declared in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). In keeping with 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c), the operator of hottrannypics.com may take down any content which is considered illegal, defamatory, indecent, harmful or otherwise in conflict with the website's terms of use and/or policies.

Exemption: Content Produced by Website Operator

The visual depictions displayed on the website are excluded from compliance with the provision of 18 U.S.C. §§2257, 2257A and/or 28 C.F.R. §75, because: 1) they do not portray behavior as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C §2256 (2)(A) (i) through (iv); 2) they do not portray behavior as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. §2257A produced after March 19, 2009; 3) they do not portray behavior listed in 18 U.S.C. §2256(2)(A)(v) produced after March 19, 2009; 4) the visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995.

Designated Records Custodian

The operator of the website has authorized a custodian to be the keeper of original records as necessitated by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. The records are in the care of said custodian and can be perused by sending a request through our contact form.
